Rename 'Tool new detail' to 'Seam Allowance tool'

'Tool new detail' should be renamed to 'Seam Allowance tool' to remove ambiguity regarding what it does.

How about name 'Contour'? Some objects don't have or don't need seam allowance. Name 'Seam Allowance tool' also may confuse user.

Does this tool do more than create seam allowances? If it does more than this, what else does it do? Should it be broken into multiple tools?

IMHO, Seam Allowance or Seam Offset creation is a specific action, and should have a specific tool.

For me it is container: internal contours (pockets), external contour, passmarks, labels and so on. It is not a static set of points. All this object act like one group.

I plan hide creation seam allowance on first stage of creation contour.

The Details mode creates a group of details, and there are several types of items within the Details group.

Please consider creating a tool for each of these items, even though internally these tools would be very similar. This is so the user can easily understand and use Valentina.
