Add 'Mode' menu picklist to top menu, create enable/disable for design workflow

Add 'Mode' picklist to top menu between Pattern Piece and Measurements.

Under 'Mode' title, list 'Draw', 'Detail', 'Layout'

When a new pattern design is created, or a pattern design is opened, Draw becomes enabled.

When a design's pattern piece or detail exists, Detail becomes enabled.

When a design's detail or layout exists, Layout becomes enabled.

When a design's layout exists, File/Export becomes enabled.

This is to improve Valentina's user experience and workflow.

When a design's layout exists, File/Export becomes enabled.

Look what you propose:

1. Make pattern.
2. Make details.
3. Go to The Layout Generator. And make a layout.
4. Return to main window and only then export a layout.

Too many steps.

Do you return in same place twice in airport? :) Main rule show where to go and close all other "wrong" paths.

Current workflow separate functions. Main window: draw and details. Layout window: layout and export.

It's not too many steps.

We need to separate the Layout function from the Export function. Combining the two functions is confusing, and it doesn't flow well.
