New feature: Upload pattern, layout, instructions, photo to Patternshare

Add feature in Valentina to upload patterns & layout image to patternshare from the main menu as FIle/Layout/Upload to Patternshare

This feature:

Is enabled after user creates a layout, similar to File/Layout/Print features.
Generates the current layout as .svg.
Uploads the pattern .val and layout image .svg files to the valentina patternshare site.

In future could also upload a *.pdf instructions file and a photo.
