In Detail mode, can't add a seam allowance after joining two pieces with Union Tool. The two pieces use the same points.

Not resolved yet.
After the commit for this issue, the Seam Allowance can be created but it is incorrect. It leaves out a point in the path. See the attached video.

This issue was reopened because the Seam Allowance can be created, but it isn't correct. A simple *.val file has been uploaded to use to test this use case.
