Sometime users need to do two operation in sequence. First move, then rotate.

What do you mean it doesn't? I just checked and all works just fine. The Rotate tool works on curves.

- changed milestone to v0.6.0
Simple curves can be moved and then rotated.
Bezier curves can be moved, but the moved bezier curve cannot be rotated.

The Move tool works on curves.
The Rotate tool should work on bezier curves, but I noticed that it doesn't. Can this be fixed in this issue, or should a new issue be added?
