Change Detail Name - Update List of Details

After changing the name of a detail piece through its options, the name is not updated in the list of details.

The name in the list is first updated, when be go for instance to draw or layout mode and back to detail, or if we change the "layout-state" of one of the details in the list.

The name now updates in the list, but the flag for wether the Detail will be in Layout is always set to the green check-mark after saving.

It should stay in the same state as before.

Because Seam allowance tool dialog doesn't control all piece options some of them were lost. ref #836.
