Add Area Plot to the Violin

We just got a line plot to work in the prototype, but we need to include an area plot to go with the lines, to allow us to fill the violin area.

As part of this exercise reduce the repeated code in the violin rendering.

    #12: Modified renderViolinLine to include rendering of area chart; also respect transparency setting. JHave also hard-coded colurs to something more 'Power BI-like' to verify how it all comes out before doing colour work. Resolves #12
