Y-Axis Responsiveness Improvements

• If the height if the Y-Axis is less than the sum of the number of ticks and their calculated combined label height, then don't render it. If this happens then the violins may not be possible to render and as such, we should not render them either.
• If the Y-Axis width takes up more than 1/3 the total viewport width, then don't render it
