My server is in a virtual machine, I just asked for xzone to check my ip. But I believe that is not it.
When my token is ok.

Settings looks fine so most likely topzone block your server requests. This error means that topzone don't send back any data.

sorted out. The error was in the comodo firewall blocking the incoming connections of the machine!

Are you sure that your IP is on topzone white list? Did you asked them to check? By the way if you test on your local machine you should ask to check your local and remote IP. Also check your server token.
