Forms with multimesh are sometimes not correctly assembled

When deciding between assemble_multimesh or the standard assemble, only the first coefficient in the form to be assembled is checked. This causes the incorrect assemble function to be called when the first coefficient is a Constant.

I guess this is an issue both in master and in multimesh-example which is the current working branch. Do you want me to just fix it there, and then we can merge it with master later?
