bullet point disappear in editing mode

When adding a section description text with bullet points, when the page is in editing mode, the bullet points disappear. They display fine when not in editing mode.

Using moodle 4.1 with tiles_format 4.1.0.2 (2023030500). Happens with both types of editor.

Thanks for the report. A fix is in the latest beta for 4.3 which is planned to go into 4.1/4.2 in the next few weeks
