Overall process indicator missing

Hi there,

thank you for this great plugin!

I just faced the following bug (Version: https://moodle.org/plugins/format_tiles/4.1.1.4/31509):

  1. I activated “Show overall progress indicator”

    Thanks for the report and I am putting a fix into the next release. I missed it originally as it seems to occur only when JS navigation is disabled.
