Special characters in activity name rendered as their HTML code (e.g. "&")

Basically, if I use certain special characters in the name of an activity, it will be rendered by its HTML code. I.e. the ampersand (“&”) becomes

&

I guess it’s some escaping function being a bit overzealous

So judging by the date on this issue, this was fixed for Moodle 3.11?

We’re running Moodle 4.1 (released 28 November 2022), and this bug has re-appeared.

It came back, but is fixed again if you install the latest version of the Tiles plugin available at https://moodle.org/plugins/format_tiles/versions

It also now includes an automated test to prevent another return
