Path too long dialog issues

I added a path to a newly created database, but it seems the path was too long, so i received the message:

The path ...<SNIPPED>... is too long and can exceeds 255 characters with some roms. Proceed anyway?

1. The message needs some fixing, something like "is too long and may exceed 255 characters with some roms."
2. The dialog that appeared has only an OK button. Should have two Yes/No ones since it's a question. When OK is pressed, the process does not proceed as if No had been pressed.

In addition to the above, i think that in Win7+ OSs, there is a way to exceed the 259-characters limit:

It would be nice if RC supported that. In older OSs which do not support this function, the warning dialog could appear.
