If a menu option was selected, the cursor is not moved when it's disabled.

I won the game! I noticed that "Save Game" menu option is still selected, even though it was disabled (because I was no longer in game). I could enter the Save game menu, and even save the game. Save's thumbnail showed the last thing I saw in-game (Dead otto), and loading it crashed ECWolf.
