Hello,
I still have a big issue with the display.
Bafang BSS02 750w. All Parameters in attachment.
Coming back from work I lost assistance. Every thing was fine on the parameters (checked with app). Did several read/write, initialize reset app parameters (ON and +), nothing worked.
I noticed on the display an Rxx error message (xx could be 25, 26, 40, 41, 42, 43, 45 and 46). What is that?
Unplugging the display and plugging the USB programming cable to go in “safe” mode didn’t help, still no assistance.
Everything else worked fine (speed, voltage…. bexcept current that stayed at 0 of course).
20km later without assistance ( 
) I connected my computer and reprogrammed with previously saved parameters.
Reconnected the display, all fine.
Please see issue #160 2), same problem. Updating to the app last version did ot help (I think it’s more a display issue anyway).
That’s very frustrating, I now lost confidence on the Display and don’t want to move all the time with my computer, just in case…
Will move back to original display.

“About” page attached.
From your settings, I can see you have different values for limited current on road/offroad modes.
In the user manual, we specifically say to use the same value to avoid unexpected behaviour.

I find it a pitty, we loose the whola advantage of having an “Legal” road mode with limited power/speed….
Could you please try with setting Bafang switch mode → Live data only see if you still encounter problems? In this way we can understand if it is a configuration error or something else.
Not clear to me what it does, apparently changes only speed limit when switching mode?

Hi Dan, sorry I know this is a very old post? Did you manage to sort out the issue? I see you have an old firmware version there. please get in touch over email, we have a new release, maybe that sorts out your issue.
