Unitialized variable use in Formaline update-git-repo.pl on BeeGFS

When building on BeeGFS the Formaline will output many warnings about unset variables used in a regex, when using CACTUS_CONFIGS_DIR. This only happens on BeeGFS which does not support cross directory hardlinks.

Pull request https://bitbucket.org/cactuscode/cactusutils/pull-requests/41 fixes this.
