Temporal change in algorithm for unit conversions

Agustin Alba Chicar created an issue

We should change the algorithm to convert from lat,long to x,y to match the coordinates from the RNDF and the SDF files. Once https://github.com/ekumenlabs/terminus/issues/171 is fixed we must revert this.
