Any (suitably responsible) member of the community, playing to script

"Host" exists in an administrative/chair-like role to keep to script, schedule and keep discussion on track. Does editing and release. @@ Innings for host? keep rotation so many people have skill*, stays fresh, avoids burnout. *@@ "skill" editing/publication process documented/proforma

Provide main spoken content.

"release manager" (optional)

Optionally: preferrably release manager on major releases episodes.

Length

Variable length (probably >15 minutes, <100 minutes).

Scheduled Responsibility

Schedule "Roles" as far in to future as is practical.

"Library" primer is based on specialisation of core member. They pick a feature which they know intimately and explain: - intended features and function - history - current state - future

Potentially can cycle through user groups around the world.

Eg model:

2 episodes per UG, release date is always 1st month.

UG meeting will prepare the episode, where meeting ends with recording.

"Host" is responsible for editing and publishing.
