High Usage of CPU when there is no connection

Eloy García Almadén repo owner created an issue

If there is no connection to Internet and application is started minimized, CPU is highly used.

Before downloading any wallpaper, Internet connection should be checked first.

    Fixing issue #21. Now, if there is no Internet connection, harvesting process is skipped and it will try to download a new wallpaper 1 minute later
