Version 3.0 snap won't run on Solus, OpenSUSE

There is a problem with version 3.0 and the snap packages running, at least, on Solus and OpenSUSE. There is a Java exception which will cause WallpaperDownloader won't run at all

With new versions of snapd (2.31 or greater), WallpaperDownloader is fully functional again :)
