Nodes incorrectly located in GUI if node sizes are not default 100%

If the node sizes in an xy file are not 100, the node position or location in the GUI from older xy files < 8.4.0 are not properly located.

Bug fix - fixes #10. Had an integer division issue and parentheses in the wrong spot, most likely caused by the vb.net to C# conversion.
