Network Elements Copy with Data

Copying pieces of a network (a set of nodes and links) results in the data being placed in the wrong link. The problem was noticed copying-pasting with data a set with different node types and multi-links.

Fixed unhandled error exception, improving copy/paste of node/links, there is more we could do to improve it but in essence it appears to work now although with a few quirks. A bunch of random code formatting cleanup here as well. Close #3.
