GUI - Storage link creation

A storage right is created in the reservoir node dialog but it's not placed in right in the network.
To reproduce: * create a new network * enable reservoir accounts extension * Create a regular reservoir node, two non-storage nodes and connect them forming the bypass, outflow and accrual links. * Open reservoir properties and define bypass and outflow links. Hit "Apply" * Create a new storage account with the "Create Right" button. The link created to represent the right is not connected to the network. It's not visible in the network ( not connected to the node from the bypass)

In looking into this. It seems like the link is created in the right place, but it's set to visible =0. This link should be visible if the reservoir node is a standard reservoir node (not the special storage accounts node).

Closes issue #43. Need some additional GUI testing, but seems to work.
