On SCP-220/P300 non sequential time signals do not save in program editor.

Myles Metzler created an issue

Example a chamber has time signals 1,2 and 9, enabling 9 in a program does not work.

A work around is to enable time signals so that it is sequential.

    Non sequential TS issues on P300 have been fixed and tested working. With default TS1,2 on, turning on TS9 via Setup page, program can save/load TS9 config.
