On P300 chambers network settings will reset to DHCP if Ethernet cable is unplugged

This is related to issue #94

Both are caused by the change to using DHCPCD for network management that started on version 2.3.0.

This will not apply to chambers that shipped with an earlier version of the firmware and where upgraded to 2.3.X as they still use network interfaces file for network configuration.
