remove the concept of coarse nodes from Diagrams

Change the builder page -no menu option contains/ contained by

change app_binary.js -don't show the coarse options -don't bother checking for them in the merge (although it wouldn't matter as it wouldn't find any coarse places)

change documentation -remove any reference of coarse places in Diagrams

Fixes issue #25 - no coarse node tools appear in the Diagram builder, no mention of them in the docs. Wording for those tools improved for Model builder.
