Create an API user

Before you can use the API, you will need to set up a user in Etz.

There are a couple of considerations:

1. The new user must be assigned the 'External Data Access' role. Without this role the API will not service any of your requests.

2. You should only setup one user with the 'External Data Access' role per identity. That is to say that for any given identity that you setup to use the API, there should only be one user associated with it.
