Can I use 'something else' as a source dictionary?

In this version only a SQLite database with a specific schema is allowed. I plan also to introduce a new feature that will allows one to use a text book (or any text file) as the primary source, so the translated dictionary will be created based on the words found on the specified text source.

The other option that I intend to introduce is to use the web as the primary word bank (only English sites) and then to query the web server for the translation, so the dictionary is in fact built from the thin-air :o)

Is there any option to generate the translated dictionary as XML file?

Not in this version. But I also plan to do it soon.
