Fixed an issue with NULL values shown in the route select activity. Also added a swipe to dismiss UI action.
Fixed an issue where clicking on a notification would not lead to the proper character/corp. This also fixes some task history issues.

When an item didn't sell at all, it shows ".00" where it should show something like...nothing..
