If you are looking for the Mercurial version of SEEK, which is now out of date and no longer being updated, please visit: https://bitbucket.org/seek4science/seek-mercurial

SEEK is a data, model and process repository for planning and recording Scientific Experiments, together with the data, models (simulations) and processes produced, and any publications.

If you wish to install SEEK please refer to our Installation Guide. Alternatively we provide a Virtual Machine image for Virtual Box, which can be downloaded from http://seek4science.org/seek-vm .

If you do install or adapt SEEK for you own purposes - please take a moment to fill out our short registration questionnaire at http://seek4science.org/seek-registration . Doing so is entirely optional, and not a requirement for using SEEK, but the information you provide is very helpful in allowing us to continue to support and improve the SEEK platform.

For more details about SEEK, JERM and the SysMO-DB project in general, please visit our Seek 4 Science or the Sysmo-DB website.

SEEK is developed using the RubyMine IDE, for which we are provided a free open source license by JetBrains.
