Adding auto notification
Hello, I try to add auto notification to non-jira users e-mail adress. For example I close issue and my customer automaticly get massage with some: "Dear, mr. Paul, we done all the thing bla bla bla.." But my Jira Workflow toolbox doesn't understand that, I try to put e-mail in different fields, try to use mailto: <> [ ], I already create custom text field named "e-mail for notification".
Cc always sent on my jira account - its always ok, but non-jira e-mail don't go away, they stuck...
in description I find this: Emails in Field: email addresses contained in text fields. All the email addresses found will be used as email's recipients. The email addresses may appear among fragments other text fragments, e.g., if you select field Description, any email address appearing in the description of the issue will be used as recipient of the email.

I have tested successfully your same configuration using a "Description" content like this:

It was popularised support@workflowarts.com in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
I received emails in the 2 email addresses present in the issue Description: fidel@workflowarts.com and support@workflowarts.com.
Can you please send me an example of the typical content of your issue Description?
Can you tell me which email addresses are you using in those fields?
Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that you are using cyrillic characters.

"Прошу отправить коробку и уведомить получателя по e-mail: bervinov_m@mail.ru". "Send the box and notify customer on e-mail: bervinov_m@mail.ru", also we use JEditor in our system, maybe problem with compatibility & JEditor using HTML marking. Description and the message stucks again :(

"Прошу отправить коробку и уведомить получателя по e-mail: fidel@workflowarts.com". "Send the box and notify customer on e-mail: support@workflowarts.com", also we use JEditor in our system, maybe problem with compatibility & JEditor using HTML marking.
and have received emails in the 2 email addresses present in the text, as expected.
I don't understand the error message you are getting (sorry, I can't read Russian). Can you please translate it into english?

Error messge it is a subj !

Which version of JIRA and JIRA Workflow Toolbox are you using?
Can you please, attach a screenshot of the "Send and email" post-function configuration you are using?
