For the most up-to-date code documentation, please refer to the comments in the source code. Comments appear in the header files and make use of the /** style. If you have Doxygen installed ($ sudo apt-get install doxygen on Ubuntu) you can run make docs to generate HTML and LaTeX documentation in the docs folder.
