remove vendor name in ext_localconf.php

Please remove the vendor name

'MiniFranske.' . 

in front of “extension” in function “configurePlugin” in file “ext_localconf.php”.
It’s not necessary anymore, and throws a deprecation message in Typo3 11.x (and already 10.x I think,)

Additionally the plugin “mediagallery” has to be devided into two seperate plugins to prevent non supported “switchable controller actions” (See: SwitchableControllerActions)

Tnx for the message. Could you provide a PR to remove the vendor part?

I didn’t yet touch the switchable controller Actions on purpose. It's a bigger change to keep all existing functionality. And if I'm not mistaken it isn't yet removed from the core.
