Case and diacritica matching for search on lemma in "Extended Search"

Is it useful to have the distinction of searching for “Case and diacritics sensitive” in the case of lemma’s? Lemma’s anyhow conflate various spellings, so it seems that this distinction is only useful for a word search, not for a lemma search.
Proposal: remove the button “Case and diacritics sensitive” when the search is for instances of a lemma.
