.mkv's open without video track

I've been chugging along today converting some mkv's to add to my iTunes library. Suddenly every time I open an mkv now, it doesn't have a video track and the action is marked Passthrough. I've tried 6 different files, some of which I already opened earlier today and they worked then. I'm attaching a screen grab of the Import dropdown. Thanks for any assistance! LOVE your product & recommend it to people all the time ;-)

H.265 is not supported in Subler yet. And even if it was, iTunes can't play it.
