Issue with H.265/HEVC VIDEO FORMAT

When i open my Subler and then bring in the .mkv movie file to convert the same to mp4,it says Unknown Video format or file as the .mkv is of H.265/HEVC...How do i sort this issue out for Subler to recognize this format and convert to mp4?.

Just want to add I'm hoping for H.265 support Subler is a great tool and H.265 is starting to take off, I would hate to have to remove it from my workflow.
