This tracks illumos bug 5075 https://www.illumos.org/issues/5075

Basically, its past time to kill of cardbus and pcmcia. Nobody should use that stuff anymore, and the cardbus/PCMCIA frameworks have an incestuous relationship. PCMCIA also winds up forcing us to keep around legacy power management. Ick.
