extract audio-utilities into their own repo

I've moved the audio utilities into their own repo, here:

https://bitbucket.org/gdamore/illumos-audio

Now audioplay, audiorecord, and audioconvert can be ejected from illumos core. A little less C++. (Only saves a few seconds of build. But its C++. :-)
