EOF htable, gettable

The htable and gettable routines are baggage left over from ARPANET, when there was no DNS, but rather there were was a single hosts file that described all connected systems.

While they don't occupy much space or time to build, we should go ahead and kill them off.

Note that they are not part of POSIX, either.
