HOOMD-blue is now on GitHub

The primary source for hoomd-blue is our GitHub repository: https://github.com/glotzerlab/hoomd-blue

Please use the GitHub repository for obtaining the source code, creating issues, and opening pull requests.

We will also accept pull requests for work already started on Bitbucket (through April 2019).

This Bitbucket repository will no longer be updated as of September, 2019.
