New Features:

• Setting page reqorked to use a tree view instead of tabs.. Allowed to declutter some screens.
• Adds ability to put the URL in the arguments field.
• Added ability to hide the auto close check mark. New default is for the checkmark to be hidden. Change changed in settings

• Provide uninstallation capability. Command line option --uninstall Using the UI -> Setting -> Windows Default -> Remove from Default Programs
