make check fails in build

Make check works 100% within eclipse, but when run in build directory, I get a massive amount of failures, see attached log file. Seems to start with

35/158 Test #35: testOrdering ...........................Exception: Other 0.37 sec testOrdering(65755,0x7fff7802e310) malloc: error for object 0x7fc1c2500838: pointer being freed was not allocated *** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug

and all related to unordered...

This is on Mavericks

Make clean and recompile solved this....
