ImuBias a group?

Not sure why someone went to the trouble of making ImuBias a full Lie group. It just needs Manifold I think. Maybe before we had Manifold optimization?

Anyway, someone should start a branch and try to remove all Lie group stuff (keeping Manifold) and see whether everything still works. It should.
