When will the Version 4.0 will released?

Hi, i were used learn GTSAM 3.2.1 in http://borg.cc.gatech.edu/download.html, the document is so complete and detailed, but when i checked the release date,it's a little bit old,so i changed into GTSAM4.0,but I when i git pull every week, i saw that the commit list is so long, So, it's that means that the basic function of GTSAM4.0(i use GTSAM for SLAM in C++, i don't use GTSAM in Matlab or Python) not stable yet? or When about the GTSAM4.0 will be released? a roughly time is fine.
