Software and documentation are fine.
Paper is also very good, just a couple of things:

“support for high-performance-computing”, I think it would be more accurate to say “support for multithreading”, you don’t have MPI support, right?

“To understand Galactic emission is critical”, I would say “Understanding of Galactic emission is critical”, but better if you check with a mother tongue.
