Incorrect restoring of bin, oct and hex values

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use 'hex #' or 'bin #'
2. close speedcrunch
3. re-open speedcrunch
4. the history for 'hex #' or 'bin #' will be displayed in decimal form,
instead of either hex or binary.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: 0x... or 0b... Actual Result: decimal form
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
10.1 on Windows XP Pro SP3
