Speed Crunch does not display auxiliary windows - It crashes

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 242 ``` What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. ctrl+1 up to and including ctrl+5 2. the program crashes 3. the same happens through the corresponding menus

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I should expect the appropriate windows to open. Instead the program crashes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? I use speedcrunch 0.10.1 portable version. I tried the standard version which crashes too. Operating system is Windows Vista Business

Please provide any additional information below. My default web browser is Opera 9.63
