Numeric Pad dot should be interpreted as the configured decimal symbol

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Start speedcrunch on Windows configured with "," as decimal symbol. 2. Using numeric pad type 1.2+1 3. The result is exactly 1.2+1 but the sintax validator excpects 1,2+1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I think it would be a good feature that speedcrunch read the numeric pad dot as the decimal symbol (in this case ",").

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Speedcrunch 0.10.1 on Windows Vista. ```
