View: {Mathbook, Constants, Functions, Variables, and History} result in crash (using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit)

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 335 ``` What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. (Using windows 7 ultimate 64-bit) click "View" 2. click Mathbook, Constants, Functions, Variables, or History 3. ALTERNATIVELY use Ctrl + {1, 2, 3, 4, 5}

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Results in Windows error saying that the program is not responding _or_ that it has unexpectedly quit running.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? SpeedCrunch 0.10.1 Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit
